CONNECT is a private, beautiful and quiet space located in Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness. First, go to The Corner Beet at the corner of 14th & Ogden. Nextdoor is the Balanced Root Apothecary, and then Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness and  we are located here.  Our cozy studio provides a spiritual sanctuary to let go, rest and connect with peace and wellness.
